Job summary

Ideal Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant to join a growing practice focused on patient-centered care and innovation. You will support dentists with procedures, take x-rays, handle charting and patient education, and help maintain a clean, efficient operatory environment.

The role requires an active RDA license, current CPR certification, and 6–12 months of RDA experience. Travel may be required for DeNovo offices as the network expands.

Qualifications

• Active RDA license and CPR certification required.
• 6–12 months of experience as an RDA in a dental practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist dentists with a wide range of procedures.
• Take dental x-rays with accuracy and care.
• Prepare and break down operatories after procedures.
• Manage patient flow and charting during visits.
• Maintain infection control and sterilize instruments.
• Take impressions and bite registrations.
• Conduct iTero scans and document findings.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene
• Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent patient experiences.
