Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a fast-growing practice. You will support a broad range of procedures, take X-rays, and ensure patient comfort while maintaining a clean, efficient operatory environment.

Responsibilities include iTero scans, charting, and collaborating with the team to deliver high‑quality care. A valid RDA license and CPR certification are required, with travel to DeNovo offices possible.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience in a dental practice.
• DeNovo Offices: travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures and ensure patient comfort.
• Take dental X-rays with precision to support diagnoses.
• Prepare and break down operatories after procedures.
• Manage patient flow and transitions throughout visits.
• Ensure infection control and sterilization of instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take digital iTero scans for accurate impressions.
• Chart and document treatments in the patient record.
• Collaborate with the practice team to deliver quality care.
