Job summary

CHOICE Healthcare Services is seeking a Dental Assistant in Peoria, AZ to support dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments and materials, and by passing instruments during procedures in compliance with Arizona standards.

You will take x-rays and IOs, assist with prophylaxis cleaning, instruct patients on oral hygiene, and chart treatment plans with the doctor, while sterilizing instruments and preparing rooms for treatment and hygiene visits.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Certification from a dental college OR three to six months related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
• Required Certificates or Licenses: Arizona X-Ray certification
• Current BLS certification
• Arizona Coronal Polish certification
• Preferred Certifications: Arizona Sealant certification

Responsibilities
