Job summary

CHOICE Healthcare Services is seeking a Dental Assistant in Avondale, AZ to support dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials, and passing instruments during procedures. Essential duties include taking x-rays, IOs, assisting in prophylaxis cleaning, sterilizing instruments, and instructing patients on oral hygiene, with charting of treatments.

Arizona X-Ray, BLS, and Coronal Polish certifications are required or preferred; bilingual Spanish is a

• Certification from a dental college OR three to six months related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred

Dental Assistant

Summary:The Dental Assistant supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials; passing instruments and materials; performing procedures in compliance with the Arizona dental standards.
