• Bachelor’s degree in gerontology, therapeutic recreation or related field; minimum of three years of management and direct supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full implementation of resident and family engagement in dementia care.
• Provide coaching and leadership to associates who are caregivers within the community.
• Coordinate a calendar of dementia-friendly programs meeting residents’ needs.
