Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Practice Consultant to design, commercialize, and realize energy solutions across utility and public-sector programs. You’ll shape client-specific solutions during the sales process and work with delivery teams to ensure scalable, measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine offerings, drive growth, and contribute to training and knowledge sharing while maintaining industry awareness of DSM, electrification, and DER trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency, demand-side management, electrification, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success supporting the design and delivery of energy programs or solutions.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills (Excel, PowerBI or similar tools).
• Familiarity with regulated utility environments, filings, and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and commercialize solutions for pursuits, including measure strategies, program structure, budgets, and pricing.
• Translate market and client needs into tailored program designs.
• Develop solution specifications aligned with delivery capabilities and technical requirements.
• Support handoff to Program Delivery and ensure feasibility and scalability.
• Collaborate across business development, delivery, engineering, product, IT, and marketing.
