Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Practice Consultant to design energy solutions for utility and public-sector programs. You will translate market needs into tailored program designs, support proposals, and help ensure solutions are executable, scalable, and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across business development, delivery, engineering, product, IT, and marketing, advancing DSM, electrification, and distributed energy resources through practical, data-driven

Qualifications

5+ years in energy efficiency, DSM, electrification, or related fields.
Strong financial modeling and data interpretation skills (Excel, PowerBI or similar).
Familiarity with regulated utility environments and evaluation frameworks.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Design energy program solutions, including measure strategies, budgets, and pricing.
Translate market and client needs into tailored program designs.
Develop solution specifications aligned with delivery capabilities and technical requirements.
Contribute to compelling proposals to support pursuit outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasible, scalable solutions.
