CLEAResult is seeking a Practice Consultant to lead the design and commercialization of energy solutions for utility and public-sector programs. You will translate market needs into tailored program designs, work with delivery teams to ensure feasibility and measurable outcomes, and help grow offerings across geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in energy efficiency, DSM, electrification, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success designing and delivering energy programs or solutions.
• Strong financial modeling, analytics, and data interpretation skills (Excel, PowerBI or similar).
• Familiarity with regulated utility environments, filings, and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong communication skills, ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support solution design for pursuits, including measure strategies, program structure, budgets, and pricing.
• Translate market, regulatory, and client needs into tailored program designs.
• Develop solution specifications tailored to a client, geography, or location, aligned with delivery capabilities.
• Contribute to development of compelling proposals that support pursuit outcomes.
• Maintain continuity between proposal assumptions and program execution during handoff to delivery teams.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across BD, delivery, engineering, product, IT, and marketing.
