CLEAResult is seeking a Practice Consultant to design, commercialize, and realize energy solutions across utility and public-sector programs. You will translate market needs into tailored program designs and work with delivery teams to ensure executable, scalable outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in energy efficiency, strong financial modeling and stakeholder collaboration, and willingness to work across geographies. Competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency, demand-side management, electrification, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills (Excel, PowerBI or similar tools).
• Familiarity with regulated utility environments, filings, and evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Solution design & commercialization for pursuits, including measure strategies and pricing.
• Support handoff to Program Delivery to ensure feasibility and scalability.
• Collaborate with business development, delivery, engineering, product, IT, and marketing teams.
• Develop training materials and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen capabilities.
• Monitor DSM, electrification, and DER program trends to inform strategies.
• Assist Product, Engineering, and BI teams to refine offerings and revenue growth.
