Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Practice Consultant to drive design, commercialization, and realization of energy solutions for utility and public-sector programs. You will translate market and client needs into tailored programs, working with delivery teams to ensure executable, scalable outcomes.

You will collaborate across BD, delivery, engineering, IT, and marketing to refine offerings and support revenue growth while applying best practices and advanced analytics where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency, demand-side management, electrification, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills (Excel, PowerBI or similar tools).
• Familiarity with regulated utility environments, filings, and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions for pursuits, including measure strategies, program structure, budgets, and pricing.
• Translate market, regulatory, and client needs into tailored program designs.
• Develop solution specifications tailored to client, geography, or location in alignment with delivery capabilities.
• Contribute to development of proposals and support handoff to delivery teams.
