Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Practice Consultant to design, commercialize, and realize energy solutions across utility and public-sector programs. You will shape client-specific solutions during the sales and proposal process and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are executable, scalable, and measurable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in energy efficiency or related fields.
• Proven design and delivery of energy programs or solutions.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience in regulated utility environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support solution design for pursuits including measure strategies, program structure, budgets, and pricing.
• Translate market needs into tailored program designs for clients and geographies.
• Develop solution specifications aligned with delivery capabilities and requirements.
• Contribute to compelling proposals that drive pursuit outcomes.
• Coordinate handoff to delivery teams and ensure feasible, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, delivery, engineering, product, IT, and marketing.
