Job summary

CLEAResult seeks a Practice Consultant to design, commercialize, and realize energy solutions across utility and public-sector programs. You will shape client-specific solutions during the sales and proposal process and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are executable and scalable.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen offerings, deliver measurable outcomes, and contribute to practice development and training, supporting revenue growth and market

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency, demand-side management, electrification, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success supporting the design and delivery of energy programs or solutions.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills (Excel, PowerBI or similar tools).
• Familiarity with regulated utility environments, filings, and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to solution design and commercialization of energy programs and services.
• Support handoffs to delivery teams to ensure feasible, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across BD, delivery, engineering, IT, and marketing.
• Refine offerings, develop training materials, and advance practice capabilities.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to inform strategies.
• Assist in pricing strategies, cost modeling, and financial analyses for viability.
