You will manage multi-channel campaigns, nurture leads, and optimize performance with analytics, ABM initiatives, webinars, events, and digital programs, helping Glocomms scale in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B demand generation or related roles.
• Experience with enterprise software/SaaS.
• Experience with ABM and multi-channel campaigns.
• Ability to partner with sales and track pipeline impact.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns including digital programs, email nurtures, webinars, and events.
• Build and support ABM initiatives targeting enterprise prospects.
• Partner with sales leadership to align marketing with go-to-market objectives.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against pipeline metrics.
• Create and manage lead nurturing programs to improve engagement throughout the buyer journey.
• Help establish scalable marketing processes and best practices to support growth.
• Support brand awareness and customer acquisition across the US market.
