Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to own end-to-end net new demand, from unseen audiences to demo-ready opportunities. You will lead a small team, coordinate with Marketing Ops, BDRs, and external agencies, and drive data-driven decisions to optimize campaign mix and funnel performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: 7 years in demand generation or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS company; personally owned a demo, meeting, or pipeline number.
• Strong leadership experience: managed and developed a team, hiring, coaching, prioritization, results.
• Deep HubSpot experience: dashboards, lifecycle stages, properties, workflows, lead scoring, campaign reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own every stage of net new demand from cold to demo arrived to deal created.
• Lead nurture for every bucket and keep BDRs engaged with context, messaging, offers, and timing.
• Dissect demo quality by source, channel, and segment and feed back to demand teams.
• Build plays for different buyers (SMB, mid-market, enterprise).
• Find and fix stalls between stages (offer, routing, timing, message).
• Own demand strategy and quarterly plan; lead a 2-person team.
• Direct day-to-day demand engine work across Marketing Ops, BDR, Content, Events, and agency.
