Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years in marketing analytics or revenue operations.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Analyze the end-to-end demand generation funnel from lead creation to downstream outcomes.
• Identify leakage and quantify business impact of gaps in process, execution, or data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to show funnel health, conversion rates, velocity, and lead outcomes.
• Collaborate with B2B Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and Sales to diagnose issues and recommend actions.
• Ensure data integrity across marketing automation and CRM.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready insights for prioritization and decision-making.
• Support experimentation and optimization by measuring campaign impact and routing improvements.
