Job summary

Intuit Inc. in Mountain View, CA is seeking a data science leader to shape marketing data strategy for QuickBooks Online growth. You will direct measurement, analytics, and AI-driven experiments across brand and performance campaigns.

You will partner with Channel & Product Marketing, Finance, and executives to translate data into growth initiatives and optimize marketing ROI with advanced modeling and cross-channel insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science or analytics with marketing/growth measurement experience.
• Experience with Brand and Performance campaigns and unified measurement.
• Proven ability to direct growth roadmaps with data-backed hypotheses and measurement initiatives.
• Expertise in marketing models, experimentation, synthetic control, and channel attribution.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional leaders and advocate for DS projects with multiple dependencies.
• Deep strategic thinking in finance, product marketing, and corporate strategy.
• Executive communication with Director/VP-level partners.
• Advanced SQL and Python; ETL/instrumentation in large multi-source data environments.
• Experience building and shipping AI agent systems.
• Advanced degree preferred in quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Shape full-funnel marketing strategy and measurement framework with brand and performance teams.
• Operationalize marketing measurement through instrumentation, models, experiments, and causal techniques.
• Synthesize performance narratives for paid media against growth targets.
• Identify opportunities via analysis and implement growth motions.
• Unpack media channel contributions and optimize cross-channel ROI.
• Own data architecture powering clean views on marketing performance; integrate new data sources.
• Develop durable understanding of target audiences via data-backed hypotheses and measurement.
