Responsibilities

• AI & Automation Strategy: Identify, build, and scale automation — AI-powered tooling and QA.
• Self-Service Enablement: Architect self-service capabilities for internal teams.
• Governance of Customer Experience: Own accuracy, accessibility, and quality across web, email, and campaigns; run QA and monitoring processes.
• Operational Oversight: Audit campaign, web, and pricing outputs; drive improvements in velocity and efficiency.
• Performance Measurement: Own KPI and dashboard framework for Growth Systems; drive continuous improvement.
• Resource Management: Optimize a $20M+ budget; plan capacity and agency spend; reduce costs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, MarTech, Product, HR, Sales Ops, Finance.
