Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Demand Generation Principal for Money Solutions in the San Diego area. You will own engagement and demand generation targeting mid-market customers, expanding attach to payments, bill pay, lending, and card products while driving net-new customer growth.

You’ll align product marketing, growth, sales, and risk to deliver a cohesive adoption journey. Expect a data-driven, full-funnel approach with strong compliance collaboration and a focus on lifecycle optimization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B demand generation, lifecycle, or growth marketing experience, with fintech/payments exposure.
• Fluency in install-base and product-led growth motions: propensity-based targeting, in-product marketing, lifecycle triggers.
• Experience with compliance considerations in marketing financial products and collaboration with legal/compliance teams.
• Strong full-funnel design and demand-gen stack knowledge: marketing automation, CRM, paid media, webinars, email, with attribution discipline.
• Data-first mindset: segment by usage and financial signals, test relentlessly, justify investment with pipeline/attach-rate math.
• Ability to align product marketing, product growth, sales, and risk around a shared expansion motion.
• Deep understanding of mid-market finance buyers (CFO, controllers, AP/AR leaders) and their cash-flow pain points.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and pipeline targets for the Money portfolio in the mid-market segment.
• Build always-on install-base programs using product and financial signals to surface money products.
• Design cross-audience acquisition campaigns focused on money-movement pain points to win new mid-market customers.
• Coordinate with product marketing and growth teams to align offers and narratives into a single adoption journey per product line.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success on high-propensity target lists and clean handoffs for money products.
• Work with legal, risk, and compliance to ensure campaigns are accurate and compliant.
• Activate money campaigns through Regional Marketing field teams with plays, content, and target accounts.
• Own the measurement framework (attach, expansion, new-logo pipeline, ROI) and reallocate investments accordingly.
