Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Demand Generation Principal for Workforce Solutions to own engagement and demand generation for mid-market customers. You will shape lifecycle and acquisition strategies across Workforce and Payroll to drive expansion and new-logo growth.

You will lead cross-functional teams, leverage marketing automation, CRM, and multi-channel campaigns to optimize pipeline and ROI. This role rewards performance with strong compensation and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B demand generation, lifecycle, or growth marketing experience.
• Experience marketing HCM, payroll, workforce management, or adjacent HR-tech categories.
• Deep fluency in install-base marketing with propensity modeling, segmentation, and cross-sell plays.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and pipeline targets for Workforce and Payroll solutions in the mid-market.
• Build always-on install-base programs to engage existing mid-market customers.
• Design cross-audience acquisition campaigns to attract net-new customers.
• Partner with product marketing and sales for aligned expansion plays and clean handoffs.
• Orchestrate the channel mix into coherent journeys for each segment.
• Activate workforce campaigns with regional marketing teams at the pod level.
• Own the measurement framework: expansion pipeline, attach rates, and campaign ROI.
• Mine data to extract insight and evangelize learnings across the organization.
