You'll drive AI-enabled strategies, governance, and scalable automation to accelerate growth across multiple channels. The role requires MBA or engineering background, broad leadership in MarTech and monetization, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• MBA or Engineering background preferred.
• Proven experience leading large cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Subject Matter Expert in MarTech, monetization enablement, and web experiences.

Responsibilities

• AI & Automation Strategy: identify, build, scale automation including AI-powered tooling and QA.
• Self-Service Enablement: architect self-service capabilities for internal teams to access assets and workflows.
• Governance of Customer Experience: own accuracy, accessibility, and quality standards across web, email, and campaigns.
• Operational Oversight: audit campaigns, web, and pricing outputs; improve velocity and efficiency.
• Performance Measurement: own KPI and dashboard framework for Growth Systems and drive improvements.
• Resource Management: manage $20M+ budget; plan capacity and reduce costs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Marketing, MarTech, Product, HR, Sales Ops, and Finance.
