Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years in billing, project accounting, or AR.
• AEC industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint required.
• Strong Excel skills for financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain project records in Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Establish billing structures with PMs to support financial performance.
• Update project data and invoices as changes occur.
• Close out projects ensuring Billing, A/R, and transactions are reconciled.
• Prepare and process draft invoices for PM review.
• Monitor invoicing accuracy and revenue recognition.
• Track subconsultant invoices against budgets.
• Generate project financial reports and analyze variances.
• Assist with collections to support cash flow.
• Liaise between clients, PMs and subcontractors on billing inquiries.
