Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Mills River, NC. You will help customers, partners, and drivers by phone and email to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction.

You will address complaints, diagnose issues, and monitor routes, scanning pods and updating orders as needed. A strong emphasis is placed on service quality, accuracy, and calm, professional communication across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
