Job summary

RXO is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Leland, NC to support customers, partners and drivers with timely, accurate information and a professional approach via calls and emails.

You will diagnose issues, monitor delivery routes, and process changes or cancellations while using MS Office tools. A high school diploma and 1 year in a call center are preferred; strong multitasking and customer focus are required. RXO offers comprehensive benefits and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
• Monitor progress of delivery routes.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
