Job summary

Amazon Logistics is seeking a Sr. Station Leader to oversee a delivery station’s safety, quality, and performance in the Greater Boston area. You will coach Operations, Area and Shift Managers, and build leadership bench strength while ensuring alignment with business plans.

You will drive lean initiatives, manage DSP partnerships, and deliver results through data-driven decision making, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, IT and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years’ direct management experience in logistics, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, and performance for delivery station operations.
• Lead and develop a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align staffing, budgets, and operational goals.
• Manage relationships with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs).
• Present metrics to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement.
• Build leadership bench strength and engage employees across the site.
