Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a leader to oversee all delivery station operations, ensuring safety, quality and high customer satisfaction across a 24/7, high-volume environment.

You will drive lean initiatives, set expectations for Ops managers, and own talent development and engagement while partnering with Transport, Finance, IT and HR to secure resources and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 7+ years’ direct management experience in a logistics/fulfillment environment.
• Track record of delivering performance and financial results under pressure.
• Experience with performance metrics and lean techniques.
• Experience with staffing full lifecycle including hiring and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development for all delivery station operations.
• Lead vision and quality initiatives, lean projects and process improvements for the DS.
• Set expectations for Operations, Area and Shift Managers and measure performance.
• Manage relationships with multiple DSPs and 24/7 delivery operations.
• Present operational metrics to senior leadership and drive talent planning and engagement.
