Amazon.com Services LLC in Florida is seeking a Senior Station Leader for an Amazon Logistics Delivery Station (DS). You will lead Operations, Area and Shift Managers, driving safety, quality and performance while mentoring the team to meet budgetary and development objectives.

This role requires 7+ years of management in logistics, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. You will work with DSPs around a 24/7 schedule to deliver exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
7+ years’ direct management experience in logistics/fulfillment/distribution.
Proven track record of delivering performance and financial results.
Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and lean techniques.
Complete lifecycle staffing: interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations.
Strong analytical capability; data-driven problem solving.
Excellent communication in local language and English.
Experience with third-party resources and contingent workforce.

Responsibilities

Oversee safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development for delivery station operations.
Drive the station vision, quality initiatives and lean projects to meet business plans.
Identify gaps, measure performance and hold managers accountable.
Lead 24/7 operations with DSP relationships and complex volume growth.
Present operational metrics to senior leadership.
Hire and develop talent; manage recruitment, performance and career paths.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to secure resources and support.
