Amazon is hiring a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate in North Las Vegas to provide in-station real-time support and help ensure packages are delivered on time, connecting customers with experts for accurate updates.

Based at a last-mile delivery warehouse, you will communicate with customers, delivery partners and warehouse staff to resolve issues promptly and uphold Amazon's customer-centric service. The role offers a full-time schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience using performance metrics to track progress.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers directly in-person, in addition to communicating via phone and email
• Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs
• Upholding company values and respecting every customer
• Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers
• Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to the issues that customers present
• Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues

• Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule
