Job summary

Amazon in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station, real-time support and ensure packages are delivered on time. You will connect customers with experts for accurate information and help create a positive experience for every shipment.

You will be based at a last-mile delivery warehouse, coordinating with warehouse staff, delivery partners, and customers to guide deliveries, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications: High school or equivalent; experience in customer service; experience with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); ability to manage time in dynamic environments.
• Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree; experience with performance metrics; strong written and verbal communication; merchandising/brand ambassador experience.

• Communicate directly with customers in person as well as by phone and email.
• Empathize with customer needs and prioritize service.
