Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to support customers at a last‑mile delivery facility in Downers Grove, IL. You will engage with customers directly on site and through phone and email, resolving issues and setting expectations to ensure a positive delivery experience.

You will work a flexible full‑time schedule, helping teammates and partners coordinate deliveries while navigating a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with performance metrics and KPIs preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience on a merchandising/brand ambassador team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers directly in-person, as well as via phone and email.
• Empathize with and prioritize customer needs and set clear expectations.
• Resolve issues and respond appropriately to customer concerns with sound judgment.
• Maintain accurate, concise written responses and document interactions clearly.
• Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and be able to stand and walk for long shifts.
