Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station, real-time support and connect customers with experts for accurate package information. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, clear communication, and fast issue resolution at a last-mile warehouse.

You will work with warehouse teams, delivery partners, and customers to reschedule deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience prioritizing and managing time in dynamic environments.
• Experience with computer and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in-person, by phone, and by email.
• Empathize with customer needs and set expectations.
• Uphold company values and respect customers.
• Resolve issues and provide accurate information.
• Draft clear, concise written responses to customer issues.
• Make quick, considered decisions to improve outcomes.
• Work a flexible Full-Time schedule (40+ hours/week).
