Job summary

Amazon's Delivery Station in Bayonne, NJ is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-person and real-time guidance to customers and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery. You will connect customers with experts for accurate information about their packages and help maintain a high level of satisfaction.

You will communicate with customers face-to-face, by phone or email, resolve issues, and uphold Amazon's service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience using computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong time management in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience understanding performance metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation.
• Experience on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a national brand.
