Job summary

Amazon in Budd Lake, NJ is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station, real-time support and ensure customers receive their packages on time. You will connect customers with experts for the most accurate information on their orders and help maintain a high standard of service.

Based at a last-mile delivery warehouse, you will interact with warehouse staff, delivery partners, and customers, handling in-person, phone, and email inquiries while upholding Amazon's

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data base searching and instant messenger tools- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators.
• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
• Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand.
