Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station, real-time support and connect customers with experts for accurate package information. You will be based at a last-mile warehouse, assisting with reschedules and resolving issues to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes customer happiness, adherence to processes, and strong communication across warehouse, delivery partners, and customers. A flexible full-time schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Customer Service preferred.
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Experience working with computer and web-based tools.
