Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station real-time, hands-on support and help customers receive packages on time. You will connect customers with experts and handle in-person, phone, and email communications to resolve issues efficiently.

You’ll work at a last‑mile delivery warehouse on a full-time schedule, lifting up to 49 pounds and adapting to varying environments while upholding Amazon’s customer‑centric values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Experience working with computer and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers directly in-person, by phone, and via email.
• Empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
• Uphold company values and respect every customer.
• Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers.
• Respond appropriately to customer issues with clear, concise written communication.
• Compose grammatically correct, concise responses to customer issues.
• Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer.
• Work a flexible Full-Time schedule (40+ hours per week).
• Carry, lift, push and pull up to 49 pounds.
