Job summary

Amazon in Houston, TX is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to support in-station real-time customer interactions and help ensure timely deliveries. You will communicate with customers, delivery partners, and warehouse staff to resolve issues and provide accurate information.

You will stand up to 12-hour shifts, lift up to 49 pounds, and work in a dynamic environment while upholding Amazon's customer-centric standards and values.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (required)
• Experience in Customer Service (required)
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience understanding performance metrics and measuring progress against KPIs
• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
• Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
