Job summary

Amazon in Cypress, TX seeks a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station real-time, hands-on support so customers receive their packages on time. You will in person communicate with customers, connect them with experts, and uphold Amazon values to ensure accurate information and on-time deliveries.

Based at a last‑mile warehouse, you’ll develop logistics and customer service expertise while assisting delivery partners and customers.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in Customer Service.
Experience using computers and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
Experience with basic web‑based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Communicating with customers directly in‑person, in addition to communicating via phone and email.
Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs.

Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers.

Working a flexible Full‑Time (40+ hours per week) schedule.
