Job summary

Databricks is seeking a DSA Manager to build and lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects responsible for post-sales success with our largest Financial Services customers. You will set technical strategy for your portfolio and partner across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services to move use cases from kickoff to production.

You will develop the team, drive capacity planning, and shape the DSA practice with scalable systems and cadences to achieve strong customer outcomes and renewals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a customer-facing technical team.
• Demonstrated leadership of a team of pre-sales or post-sales technical talent.
• Track record of putting data and AI workloads into production at scale.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing DSA team with career growth plans.
• Own capacity planning and investment forecasting across the FINS portfolio with data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and SI partners to accelerate use-case delivery.
