Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator - Delivery Scheduling I to schedule deliveries and coordinate timely service for Rehab and Aftersale orders. You will enter and maintain data in order tracking systems and communicate with clients to optimize scheduling and ATP/technician timelines.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience in a fast-paced environment and knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of customer service or dispatching/routing experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries and coordinate timely service for Rehab and Aftersale orders.
• Enter and maintain data in order tracking systems.
• Communicate with clients and referral sources to optimize scheduling.
• Update order systems to optimize ATP and technician schedules.
• Resolve issues without unnecessary transfers and de-escalation when possible.
• Meet productivity and performance standards.
• Support Rehab initiatives to improve department results.
