Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule Rehab and Aftersale deliveries and coordinate data in order-tracking systems.
• Coordinate appointment availability with clients and referral sources.
• Update order systems to optimize ATP and seating technician schedules.
• Respond to inquiries to improve customer satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Resolve issues without unnecessary transfers and de-escalation when possible.
• Meet productivity and performance standards.
• Support Rehab initiatives to improve department results.
• Adhere to confidentiality and Numotion policies.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
