Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator - Delivery Scheduling to ensure seamless delivery coordination and top-tier customer service in Colorado. You will support Rehab and Aftercare orders, manage data in tracking systems, and collaborate with referrals to optimize appointment slots.

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service or dispatching/routing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and referral sources with delivery scheduling.
• Enter and maintain data in order-tracking systems.
• Coordinate scheduling to optimize ATP and technician schedules.
• Respond to inquiries to improve customer satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Meet productivity and performance standards.
• Support Rehab initiatives to improve department results.
• Other duties as assigned.
