• Communicates with clients and referral sources to find scheduling availability.
• Updates order tracking systems to optimize ATP and seating technician schedules.
• Responds to inquiries and requests to improve customer satisfaction.
• Resolves issues without unnecessary transfers and de-escalation where possible.
• Meets productivity and performance standards.
• Participates in Rehab initiatives to improve department results.
• Adheres to Numotion policies and confidentiality.
• Provides excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
