Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work and safety of Delivery Associates, including adherence to SOPs and planned routes.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulatory agencies (DOT, OSHA) and maintains accurate electronic logs.
• Manages labor hours and consumable supplies within budget and prepares work schedules.
• Oversees asset utilization and coordinates required repairs with proper departments.
• Collaborates with Sales and Marketing to resolve customer or delivery issues.
• Interprets and enforces company policies and safety procedures, including food safety and record keeping.
• Coordinates with Safety department for training, observations, and safety inspections, and investigates incidents.
• Monitors productivity reporting and contributes ideas for efficiency and cost reductions.
