Job summary

Sysco Pittsburgh, LLC is seeking an operations supervisor to oversee delivery staff and related activities. You will direct daily work, ensure safety, and enforce policies to meet regulatory requirements and company standards.

You will manage schedules, labor, and resources while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to address customer delivery issues and optimize performance. A focus on compliance and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• HazMat certification preferred; Valid Class A CDL may be preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises delivery staff and daily operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with DOT, OSHA and other regulations; maintains logs.
• Manages labor hours, supplies, schedules, and opportunities for improvement.
