Job summary

Sysco Asian Foods is seeking an Operations Supervisor focused on Delivery to oversee daily delivery activities, guide the delivery team, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

You will manage schedules, monitor performance, coordinate with sales and marketing to address customers' needs, and uphold company policies while maintaining a safe, efficient delivery operation. This role requires strong communication and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2- or 4-year degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years related delivery supervision/operations experience.
• HazMat certification preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily delivery staff and ensures safe, efficient customer service.
• Monitors regulatory compliance with DOT, OSHA, and safety standards.
• Plans work schedules and manages labor hours within budget.
• Coordinates maintenance and asset utilization for delivery operations.
• Communicates with Sales and Marketing to resolve delivery issues.
• Responds to customer locations and manages associate morale.
