Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience supervising delivery staff and ensuring safety compliance.
• Familiarity with DOT/OSHA and related regulatory requirements.
• Defensive driving and HazMat certification are a plus.
• Valid Class A CDL preferred per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work and safety of Delivery Associates and routes.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and accurate electronic logs (DOT/OSHA).
• Manages labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepares work schedules and shifts as needed.
• Oversees asset usage and coordinates repairs with relevant departments.
• Reviews productivity and implements efficiency improvements.
• Enforces company policies and safety procedures across teams.
• Collaborates with Sales and Marketing to resolve issues.
• Interacts with customers and visits sites to address delivery challenges.
• Maintains open communication and supports associate engagement.
