Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced Delivery Operations supervisor/manager in the United States. The role directs delivery staff, oversees routing and scheduling, ensures compliance with SOPs and safety requirements, and manages budgets and KPIs to meet customer service goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales and Marketing, monitoring productivity, and ensuring regulatory compliance across local, state, and federal standards.

Qualifications

• 7 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily work and safety of Delivery supervisors, routing personnel and other associates.
• Ensure management staff oversees day-to-day delivery activities and adherence to SOPs, routes, and customer service.
