Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Two or Four year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery staff daily and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA and other regulations; maintain accurate logs.
• Manage labor hours and scheduling within budget; plan shifts as needed.
• Coordinate asset utilization and repairs for delivery operations.
• Review productivity and implement efficiency improvements.
• Enforce company policies, food safety, record keeping and related procedures.
• Communicate with Sales/Marketing to resolve customer delivery issues.
• Lead regular meetings to maintain morale and engagement among associates.
• Oversee staffing, development, and performance reviews; handle related duties.
• Perform duties of supervised staff when needed.
