Job summary

• Ensures compliance with DOT, OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Manages labor hours and supplies within budget.
• Prepares work schedules and shifts as needed.
• Monitors assets and coordinates repairs with other departments.
• Reviews productivity reports and suggests efficiency improvements.
• Enforces company policies and safety procedures consistently.
• Communicates with Sales and Marketing to address customer issues.
• Interacts with customers to resolve delivery difficulties and opportunities.
