Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 2- or 4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience in delivery or operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily delivery staff and ensures safe, efficient customer service.
• Ensures compliance with DOT, OSHA and other regulations.
• Manages labor hours and supplies within budget.
• Prepares work schedules and shifts as needed.
• Monitors productivity and delivery performance reports.
• Coordinates with Safety to conduct investigations and implement improvements.
• Maintains open communication with sales and customer service teams.
