Job summary

Sysco Las Vegas (Division of USA I) is seeking an Operations lead to supervise delivery staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and optimize daily logistics. You will direct delivery personnel, manage schedules, and monitor performance while maintaining high service levels for customers in the Las Vegas area.

The role requires supervising skills, knowledge of DOT/OSHA requirements, and strong cost-control abilities. On-site work with potential travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• 2–4 year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work and safety of Delivery Associates and oversees routes.
• Ensures compliance with DOT, OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Manages labor hours and consumable supplies within budget.
• Prepares work schedules including extra days and shifts as needed.
• Coordinates asset usage and organizes required repairs with departments.
